The Comfort Base Remote application allows you to operate your Elevation or Ascend model Comfort Base from your smartphone or tablet when connected to Bluetooth. The application also allows you to set an alarm to wake you and play music to your Elevation Comfort Base bluetooth speakers.

1 ★Did people get paid for this???? I've seen many useless apps, this one has a dubious distinction of being an absolute garbage.

1 ★App has opened once. Never again. Useless.

1 ★Does not detect either of my twin xl Elevation bases at all. I can connect to them outside of the app for music but that is all. Extremely disappointed in this app. Please correct this. I did not spend $4000 on an adjustable bed frame to not have it work as advertised. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus if that info helps you guys to get a patch out the door.

3 ★Alarm wont always work right or you set it for the same time every day and it will go off right away enless you change the time for the alarm

1 ★Won't see my elevation comfort base. I can play music through the base's speaker system, but the remote doesn't work (no device seen). Company doesn't answer emails or voicemail (when calling you can NEVER get a live person). This app is worse than worthless. My Amazon Echo Dot does a much better job at playing music through the base's speakers anyway, so I'll be uninstalling this worthless app.

5 ★Works perfect if you have the compatible base. You do need to make sure you have the add on BT adapter for the base in order for it to function.
