OPT-In for Life is a newly developed app to keep patients linked to their care team. It will allow those patients invited to participate access to their lab results, medication reminders, updated multi-media content related to their care, and even a messaging system between them and their care provider.OPT-In for Life is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded collaboration between Alder Health Services, Hamilton Health Center, PinnacleHealth, and Penn State Health.
