Derneğimiz misak-ı milli hudutları içinde üretimi yapılan yeraltı zenginliklerinin tanıtımını yapmak, verimliliği ve üretimi arttırmak, halkımıza ve çevremize zarar vermeyecek şekilde çalışmaların sürdürülmesini sağlamak için gerekli eğitimleri vermek, yurtdışındaki yeni teknolojileri takip etmek bunları üyelerimize ve yurt madenciliğine kazandırmak ve her konuda üyelerine destek vermek için kurulmuştur.
