SINCRO RUNNINGSynchro is a metronome running cyclic timer or specially designed for running, you can use it when out running, to mark a constant rate of speed in your training quality.
Using GPS devices to maintain a constant speed there are times when that is not very accurate due to the curves of the ground or takes almost a hundred meters to obtain an accurate value, particularly in athletics tracks all riders use the chronometer to set the desired speed.
This app does is generate an audible tone which will be synchronized with the passage of some known distance, particularly in athletics tracks we can adjust to alert us 100, 200 or 400 meters, and determine whether to bring a pace faster or slower.
Within the same App incorporates a calculator where you enter the distance of the beacons in meters and the speed at which we want to go, either in kilometers per hour or in minutes per kilometer.
In addition to use on athletic fields, we can also take advantage of different places where we can have beacons located at a specific distance to achieve the desired rate, for example there are parks where the trees are planted at equal distances, every 10 meters or lampposts every 40 meters, or kilometer signs road every 50 0,100 meters.
In long distance races, we can also put a certain time, to remind us to drink water, gels, energy bars, etc.
