Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★I had this app couple of years ago and it was pretty fascinating fun to use and easy to navigate. Recently got interested in looking at Elon musk's recent launches so downloaded it again now it wants me to shake gently while it calibrates and this takes forever satellites fly out of view before I know what they are I cant make it work on my Samsung S6.
1 ★Used to be great and worked well. Now doesn't load at all. Hasn't been updated in over a year, tells you everything you need to know...
2 ★This used to work well, but now it takes several minutes to load before displaying anything
1 ★Please shake gently while I uninstall this useless junk. Used SatelliteAR for years as an aid in finding line of sight for DTV installation, and showing customers issues in obtaining their signal. Now it takes too much effort to try to get the app to work properly. Not going to waste time with it any more.
1 ★Don't waste time installing this app. It is not working as it keep on searching your location. ....Even with you manually turning the GPS on.....
1 ★This used to be THE go to program for pointing my portable satellite. Since the last update with all the fancy graphics its pretty dog gone useless. Slow to load. Slow to point. Drops selected satellites all the time. Very sad because there is no usable replacement for it.
1 ★I don't like giving one start but for this one I have to. this app used to be great now you can be longer use it. server is always down on DirecTV satellites. what's the point of upgrading something and make it unusable? Gosh!
1 ★Used to be great. Loved it. But now i get nothing but a loading image of a satellite flying around an earth. I let it do its thing for about 5 mins and it still didn't load. Uninstalling now. Waste of time .
1 ★Cant't give 0 stars or I would. I install DirecTV and used this app to verify the sats. But this new "downdate" is a memory hog and will not open on my LG, I just uninstalled it, guess I will have to go back to the old viewfinder.
2 ★It was a 4 or 5 star app until the update. The layout was completely changed and now you can't just hit the back button to close the app. Bring back the ability to close the app using the back button and I'll rate it back up to a 4 star.
1 ★App worked great before the update. Now it is painfully slow and inaccurate. The old version was simple and to the point and worked great, I guess I'm back to using an compas/inclinometer.
1 ★Wasted 5 minutes of my life watching the "accessing your location" screen soon and accomplish nothing. My 7-11 app find my location within 10 seconds of opening. Following complaints of others- WAS a great app, now it's just bloatware. Uninstalling and hoping you fix this turd.
