Description
Application pour les professionnels de l'activité physique leur permettant d'évaluer la capacité aérobie en METs (équivalent PMA et VMA) de leurs clients. L'application est un test progressif par paliers de 90 secondes avec des phases de repos de 30 secondes. Le test peut se réaliser sur vélo stationnaire avec watts, sur tapis roulant, sur un step aérobique et même sur une simple marche d'escalier.Le test a la particularité de générer un protocole adapté à chacune des personnes. Le test se réalise en version maximale ou sous-maximale. L'application peut capturer les fréquences cardiaques lors du déroulement du test si elle est connectée à un cardio-fréquencemètre Bluetooth. Le bilan d'évaluation inclus: le nombre de METs, le percentile selon l'âge et le sexe ainsi que le % des METs Santé. Le test est en cours de validation par l'Université de Strasbourg.
