Description

Echo and Echo Fit will only work with Android 4.4 or higher.
The official Echo and Echo Fit support App. Echo Utility connects to your Magellan Echo or Magellan Echo Fit to set time, change display settings, check device status, and perform updates.
Magellan Echo Fit users will also have the ability to set alarms, set user profiles, and set user goals through Echo Utility.
Echo Utility also has the ability to test the connectivity of the Bluetooth Smart Heart Rate Monitor bundle and a support section on how to connect your Magellan Echo to Echo Utility.

The Magellan Echo Utility adds additional features to to the Magellan Echo Fit. In addition to the original features, Magellan Echo Fit users can configure their personal User Profile, Alarms, and custom goals.

How to install Echo Utility APK on Android phone or tablet?

3 ★After updating to the latest version yesterday my note 3 running this app seemed to connect ok to my Magellan Echo watch but when I change the settings in the app I can't transfer them to the device. Update: Have called the support centre three times to find out if I can install an older version of the echo utility which worked to a certain degree but it can't be done. Update: Took my watch back for a refund but instead exchanged it for another echo watch and all seems to be working fine again.

1 ★Phone will pair with watch, however watch does not work. Waste of my time and money.

2 ★Smart watch, sorry, not a good description. It was synced to my phone, now it cannot be synced to receive notifications, etc. I bought my wife a new smartwatch from kmart for $50 and it does everything. This is poor in comparison and 3 times the cost

2 ★Fantastic watch but where are all the functions? Please add more features.

1 ★Connects and works ok to a point. However all I can do with runkeeper is pause and resume an activity, no other functionality. While connected and running cannot light up the screen or have a look at the actual time. Any move off the displayed stats from runkeeper breaks the connection and I cannot restore it. What happened to all the other functionality I read about before buying this ? Music control etc.

3 ★It seems that so many of the features for this device simply don't work on android. For example, I can't figure out how to do music control. It doesn't seem to have native support in any of the apps I've tried, and nothing seems to do anything via runkeeper. I was super excited to have a smart watch at a reasonable price, but until more of the features work on android, this is a big disappointment.

1 ★The packaging to the watch stated it to be compatible with the STRAVA app, and to have a heart rate monitor. No such luck. Apparently only compatible with Apple and late versions of Android, which the Magellan people conveniently omitted from their packaging. FALSE ADVERTISING! REPORTED TO THE GOVERNMENT CONSUMER WATCHDOG!

1 ★Very poor app or very poor watch, either way stay away from this. Tried on three different phones and none would connect.

3 ★I so wanted this to work unfortunately the app continues to crash when setting up profile and once the device does connect all it shows me is the device information, basic set up I. E. Watch face etc., and FAQ. I want this app and this watch to succeed but how can it when it's not able to do what it advertises. Even though this app does not give you much to work with the Wahoo app has done a great job to integrate what the watch can do.

3 ★App worked great on ios device now switched to android not so great. Am unable to change the button settings to different positions

1 ★Looking at all the iOS devices and the wonderful things they can do is just a dream when using an Android.
