5 ★Just realized there is some kind of bug in the app. When i tried to open my appointment history, there are only a sign 'try again' but it didn't solve anything. But for overall app, i really love Halodoc because it helps me a lot for laboratory appointment or even have a chat with the doctors. This apps also make a vaccine appointment a lot more easier.
1 ★Costumer service is really are useless, I already contacted 4 different people and the answer are just "please kindly wait" and i'm here already waiting for 16 hours pass my booking time and when I want to refund my money they just send the same template message and told to wait again. I don't know when they will cancel my booking, I really am dissapointed.
4 ★Just contacted CS via chat and got hospitable explanation says that it takes 24 hours to process the appointment to take place my request. I am okay with that. Though on my first appointment which was cancelled earlier, it was directly confirmed that I got the appointment without waiting a day or more. However, It is not the application that I mad about. It is an appt to get vacine that I am concerned.
5 ★Great app, you can chat with doctor dan get prescription for your illness without leaving your home
5 ★User friendly. This app helps a lot, especially at night when I need to know about some health condition but don't know where to go / to ask. At least talking to good doctor helps mentally rather than only looking information on internet and make my own assumptions.
1 ★i have use this app for pcr test and findout the result is not expect as guarateed, fyi my booked number DKD134-4352. CS also not give best solution between the service owner and customer
1 ★Application does not validate same userID can book same doctor in a same day, date, and time. I'm losing my credit in Paket Sehat because of this. Customer service has tendency to be very script oriented without analyzing problem and looking into images sent to them. I did chat with HaloDoc customer service, before uninstalled the application and before wrote this review, to inquiry and complaint about this but did not get any solution. Not interested to contact them again.
1 ★I use this app for the treatment of my child who has a fever and cough, and I also use my health insurance, but excess payments to be paid. Twice paid / re-ordered by paying the excess via GoPay, the medicine has not been delivered until now. Both order was canceled by the Halodoc app. I have complained and talked to Halodoc customer care since 3 days ago, but still NO solution comes. The excess money, which I paid twice, has not been returned yet by Halodoc until now
1 ★Medicine services are ok most of the time. When it comes to handling customer complaints for post-service sales, it is the worst experience.
3 ★The application basically very helpfull to simplify the process. But my experience, this application was not integrated with the clinic schedule. Schedule appointed at 7 morning but clinic was opened at 8. Wasting time..

4 ★Hii, i wish halodoc in the future would do partnership with other digital wallets such as shopeepay, dana, ovo etc, to extend their services. Because from my personal experience, i dont really use gojek nor banking. It just that if you partnership with other digital wallet apps, i feel like it would be much easier for your users to use this app.
