Description
This application will help user who is in need of blood to send blood request to nearest blood donor in real time.The user can see blood donor's location on the Google map and send request accordingly.Blood donors will receive the notification instantly and can send messages to the requesting person.
The location of the donor's will be updated at 6.00 clock in the morning and every 6 hours after that so requesting person can get donor's most recent location.
When a person sends request,he/she can attach national id card and blood requisition paper images and the cause of needing the blood. A donor can thus verify whether the requesting person is actually in need or not and also he can pick one among many requests and then respond to it.
The person will never get any donor's contact number without donor's consent . When donor decides which person's request he/she should responds to,only then donor can send message to the requesting person and thus the communication link would be set.
When a donor has donated blood , he/she can open the app and make himself/herself unavailable for next 3 months or more and will not receive any blood request. When the time period ends,the app will automatically make the donor available and donor will start getting request.
This is app is now on beta stage and will be susceptible to bugs.Further development will made in the future to eliminate the problems and enhance the product's performance and include more features.
