2 ★Ok but very unreliable when some days the app wont even load. I use an LG V60 ThinQ and running android 11. Very latest up to date phone. When it loads its very fast to do so. Next day it wont get past the laoding screen. The symbol just rotates and no amount of restarting the app or restarting the phone will get it to stop getting hung up. Quite maddening.
5 ★I love how easy this app and glucose tester make it to keep track of my sugar. I have always been bad at checking my sugar but not anymore! The subscription of unlimited test steps is a huge plus. I highly recommend this product in conjunction with this app.
1 ★Too much focus on data collecting and marketing/selling. If someone has low blood sugar and has to navigate the popups, requests for data, reset password and other non-important noise - that would be a real problem. Do what you were bought to do, quickly and easily measure glucose. After that maybe this other noise would be ok.
5 ★Very good app, can track well. Though the blood sugar accuracy was 5% to 12% less than what was tested in lab, same time blood taken. I test 3 to 4 times a day and A1C is close to actual one. I download the report in Excel ans then you can further analyze. Need Blood Pressure sync and app usage better though.
3 ★Working okay for blood sugar. Logbook keeps up. But... I'm using a non-profit blood pressure monitor. I record the readings in the blood pressure section of the logbook and it rarely keeps the reading. In 3 weeks it has kept only 2 readings. I do not have any of their expensive plans and I don't think it should be necessary. There's no mention of features of website not working. I got their package for the record keeping. That's why I give it a low, but generous rating.
3 ★It's a solid three. I liked the idea of being able to plug the strip directly into the phone. The reporting works fine. My biggest complaint is that the USB C connector is not anywhere near long enough to connect to my phone with a case. I have to remove the case in order for it to connect completely which defeats the convenience of the app. The connector needs to be longer.
1 ★There is no reason to have access to my contacts or location. The app refuses to work without those permissions, which should be explicitly mentioned on the box.
2 ★Loved it at first. Then I upgraded my phone to an s10. Connection via the audio jack was hit or miss and seemed to get progressively worse. Finally I reinstalled the app hoping it would help and now I can't even log in. I just get an error message saying there's already a user with my email. Yes, I clicked login not create account. I've made repeated attempts over weeks and they always fail. I like the idea of this, but I'm thinking a smartphone isn't the best choice for a meter.
4 ★I love the whole process, except... Be aware. If you cannot connect to internet, this will not work. I was stuck on the side of the road, with no internet, and no phone service, and couldn't check my level.
3 ★I like the meter and how it works. The app needs a little work though. Being able to edit the reading such as when it was taken needs to be added. I made a few mistakes and missed the first few times and it saved it as general. Also the food diary is okay, but editing serving size would be nice or being able to link it to another app that does such as my fitness pal. Also it would be nice to link samsung health to it as I have a watch that helps keep track of my exercise.
5 ★Have been using this app for a while now. I like the fact that I can take it anywhere I want to and my phone can help me keep a log of my results. That's real helpful when I don't have a pen and paper to write it down for my records. Awesome app
4 ★I must remove the phone case to make a connection. I wish you can edit your input, notes, etc, after you click the check-mark icon. Sometimes I want to add some info and there's no way to get in.
