1 ★Booked Covid test 2 days ago, Haven't got results yet. Any other service is better like pharmeasy, thyrocare. The helpline number doesn't work always, they don't reply to emails, and there is no way to trace them down or your reports, so for any urgent important report, never do it from here.
1 ★I booked RTPCR test on this app and I got appointment for today morning 6:30 am but this is so ridiculous that so called lab technician is not picking up the call . Is it not the responsibility of the Klinicapp officials to see whether the lab technician has reached to take sample or not? I trusted these guys in 102 Fever so that I could get tested in time . This kind of behaviour is ridiculous.
1 ★I would not even mark 1 star for it. My sample was collected on 23rd April and today is the 4th day. Still I have not received my report. Really very pathetic service.
1 ★Worst service ever. It has been more than 3 days and they have not even tested the covid sample yet. They are just trying to mint money in the pandemic by taking the sample quickly and not delivering the reports. These guys should understand that human lives are dependent on this. How do i consult a doctor without the results. I understand the surge, but you shouldn't have collected the sample if you cannot test it. Really pathetic and shameful.
1 ★Very poor service. Three days have passed and I haven't received my RT-PCR report. They have only given fake assurances. I do not recommend this to anyone. These labs should be closed as they are good for nothing.

1 ★Third Grade service. Technician doesn't pick the call and the customer care has no clue when the technician will visit. Calmly they ask you to wait incase the technician calls, else, it gets rescheduled automatically.
5 ★Good app for some of the tests... As it's cheaper than other labs, plus they visit your home for collection of sample plus mobile report is also available.... Easy and time saving.
3 ★Hello, I was automatically logged out of the app. Now when I try to enter mobile number, I get a messege saying 'mobile number is blocked for next'.
1 ★I did test with this company and they are running a scam its more then 40 hour and I have not received my report and it's my biggest mistake to do test from here. I tried to complain through email and person who booked my test but none of them responding either .so further I have decided to raise a complain on public forum and legan complain as well.Pathetic pathetic service never ever do test from this company or you need to suffer a lot and take your life at risk.
