5 ★It's a perfect app For online shopping.... though u must be patient in order to receive Ur products coz it takes a bit longer 4weeks plus to deliver ur package.. 13/Sept ...I hate it when station operators don't make the required calls in due time and end up delaying the delivery of packages... Usually they wait until we call them up to demand for them... They should speed up their work
1 ★Now the operators of the app are becoming lazy, they don't give you updates on where your item has reached as they used to do. One moment you see 'courier acceptance, at the tracking section then there will be so many days of silence then you get a call that your item has arrived. Also, item that usually takes about 22 days for you to get it as stated beside the item, its now 28 days my purchase is still at Guangzhou warehouse. Previously Kikuu used to be good but now they are worst.
4 ★Great app❤️. No ads, very user friendly & the tracking system is very accurate. Very reliable agent. Only issue is.. parcels take longer than the time indicated to arrive.
4 ★I'm a regular customer of kikuu Ghana,they have a wide range of products which are cheap and affordable,I'm an electronic person mainly into handheld gaming.kikuu only focuses more on phones and accessories, I enter the app everyday to check if there's more accessories added to the category of handheld gaming only to come and find the same old products. you guys should include more accessories and cases for gaming handhelds like the ps Vita, Nintendo switch,psp,steam deck etc..

1 ★Used to like kikuu untill they duped me of my money. I placed an order and it took 3 whole days my order was still not updated whilst my cash was already deducted from my wallet. I cancelled the order but my cash has still not been refund. I have been chatting them and giving evidence of the transaction but they have been deceiving me and have not refunded my money. It is a shame an app i have used for almost 5 years now has started doing these this. Can not even recommend it to others anymore.
1 ★I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Kikuu's customer service. Regrettably, I have found their customer service to be subpar. Furthermore, I have encountered unfriendly behavior from some of their delivery riders. Additionally, the lack of accessibility to their office raises concerns. Therefore, I strongly recommend reconsidering the use of this platform for purchasing expensive items.

1 ★I have never been disappointed in an online shopping app like I have this one, delivery is the worst!! How can a 15 days delivery take 3 months and has still not yet been delivered!!! Really disappointed.

Kindly you just have to add more items like LG and sumsung television, LG home theaters and other things or equipment like agriculture equipments. Otherwise I don't complain you are the best. We need also more vivo series like vivo x70 pro plus, vivo x80 and vivo x90, including tecno and Infinix phones
