1 ★Why not just include a remote? The app refuses to pair to my phone or my hubbys and you can't reach the buttons on the machine. I may return the unit due to this.

2 ★App worked the first time I used it, but won't work again. I even uninstalled and reimstalled it and still no luck!

3 ★Often the connection would be lost during a session. Perfect Touch massagerwould continue doing the same stroke it was doing when the connection islost until automatic shutdown. Also, a suggestion: for Perfect touch, addan upper and lower target areas for the neck area. On the wired remote Ican do that, but not in the app. The massager itself is heavenly! :)

2 ★Buggy interface, have to reinstall the device from time to time. Unable to toggle the different rotations for the ankle on massager. Convenient when it works.

1 ★Very disappointing... The app just DOES NOT work. Yes, I've read the instructions etc. The app just DOES NOT WORK. HoMedics, fix the app. The excuses and/or reasoning is worthless at this point.

1 ★Horrible product does not work as advertised. Do not buy this massager. Returning for something that,works. App does not work after one time!!!

5 ★Works exactly as the wired remote. No pairing was performed by me, it had me pick the device by model and type a name to call it, and then it was working!

1 ★Got a new phone and it won't connect to it. Worked off and on with the old phone.

5 ★Easy to use. Don't know why others had problems, but I simply downloaded app, plugged up the massager, and the app started working. No need to pair, set up ... nothing. Just turn on and use.

4 ★Took a while to figure out the Bluetooth pairing; it's not like other devices I've paired with my Galaxy S7. If you see it in your list of Bluetooth devices, DON'T try to pair it. Just go to the app and start using it. I know. Weird but it worked for me.
