5 ★All the people whining about the radius need to shut it, you guys werent around when people 50 miles away were taking jobs and then the shovlers nearby couldn't get it. Then suddenly 4 hours later its 10pm and you see the guys 50 miles away never showed, the job poster gets upset and deletes the app. Anyways, app is good and easy to use. Set up a bit weird for payment then I'm use to but it's whatever. Have had it since the app was in infancy.
5 ★This app has consistently come through clutch for me. I wish there were a way to revisit old orders to make new service request. Often times I'm ordering the same thing as last time. The upcharge for salt is pretty pricey, practically unfair. But love the app.
4 ★i change this review from 1 star to 4 here's why. I'm amazed at rhe personalized service, the level of professionalism, and dedication to being the best. 20% is way worrh it when factoring that there was 1000$+ worth of jobs local to me it's just I have a hard time with forms. the payment process via other large companies have spoiled us but here's to giving tbis a chance.
5 ★It was fast and easy to get help shoveling my sidewalk and path to my back door. I looked around for other options and this was the most convenient and affordable option. I'll definitely keep it in mind if I need help shoveling again.
4 ★Great, easy-to-use app for snow shoveling gigs. Just wish it would connect/pay through PayPal instead of Stripe because of the heavy fees Stripe takes. Other than that, it's simple and awesome.
1 ★Hate this app ! Why you ask? They don't pay you. Which then caused me to have several over drafts in my acct so in theory I lost money working it. My original pay date was 1/9/23 , now it is 1/19. Every single time the pay is suppose to hit my, it will change in the app to the night day. Finally had "custom service" respond to me and they said the custom didn't authorize the transaction from their acct. How is that my problem? I'm only there to do the hard physical part of the job.
1 ★Freezes in the middle of chat with provider. This happened before the job was cancelled. This is a developer problem. I couldn't back out of chat at all. The bad review stands until the developer acknowledges and fixes this bug and I see the fix for myself. Finally able to get out of chat but then it froze on the Job screen. Lots of bugs. Not yet ready for prime time. Oh, and they don't give you any info about shoveler name or ID. Dangerous!
5 ★The Uber for Shoveling. Fact: Shovelers hate door knock & shovelees hate asking. But this app connects those two parties in a pain free way. No more looking jealous at your neighbors clean driveway or going back&forth w/Craigslist posters on price. It's a simple interface were you estimate your driveway car length, enter your address, accept the price, then sit & wait for someone to clean up! I'm sure it depends on your request city & time for results, but for me it was a life saver! THANK YOU!
1 ★After a long delay, was ALMOST able to register. Facebook option ends with error trying to sign in from embedded browser, update app and try later. Signup with email after it finally responded, got to entering password and then there was nothing I could do to check the box to accept terms. Entry forces using "next" to go to next field and keyboard went away after repeating password so no way to navigate to check box. Android 9, latest update 12-1-2020.
5 ★Okay I raided the app five star but it's more of the person doing the work that deserves to five Stars. He was on the job right away even before his expected arrival. He is no slacker when it comes to work. I appreciate him for his hard work and he did a wonderful job. 1 negative side to this app, they charge too much for using the app. But overall it was very helpful in finding a shoveler considering how much snow we just recently got. Thank you
1 ★This app is cool, but the registration process is bs. You WILL NOT get anywhere with this unless you are a registered business in your state, and that eliminates almost everyone who just wants to work. This application eliminates everyone from earning a buck, unless they waste money on registering their own business with the state, which takes months. Looking for a few bucks for your hard work? Look elsewhere. This App will be a waste of your time, as it is with EVERYONE who just want to work
