campurkan semua bahan kecuali SP, rebus campuran bahan tadi, sambil diaduk tetus sampai mendidih meletup2, api kecil aja, dinginkan rebusan bahan tadi dalam suhu ruang sampai dingin, setelah dingin, masukan kedalam freser selama 4-6 jam, sementara itu tim SP dgn cara didihkan air dan taro SP ke wadah tahan panas kemudian taro diatas air yg mendidih sampai SP mencair, setelah adonan es beku, keluarkan dr feser kemudian tambahkan SP yg sudah ditim tadi, kemudain mix sampai lembut ± 45 menit, setelah itu masukan es ke tempat sesuai selera, dan masukan kedalam freser kembali sampai beku, setelah itu es krim siap disajikan.
