1 ★The platform is good but Doctors for online counselling, are extremely casual. I booked one appointment and kept waiting and calling, because that doctor was not available, so they scheduled my appointment with another doctor upon calling but even that new doctor, rescheduled the meeting at last minute without even asking. I wasted my whole day for nothing, i cancelled and requested for refunded. its better to visit a doctor in person.
1 ★Worst experience ever. I booked an appointment with the dermatologist, Dr. Umer Mushtaq, who is supposed to be the best (bcz he was having 4.9 star). However, he didn't inquire about anything. I'm having acne-prone skin, he didn't ask about my lifestyle, diet, hormonal imbalance, caffeine intake, sun exposure, or any other factors that could be causing the acne. My session lasted for less than 2 mins. It just feels like a waste of time and money. Please never trust their platform.

Moreover I tried to turn over my camera i.e from front camera to rear but I could not find button. There might be an option but I could not find. However, it a best aap to consult your doctor without waisting your time and efforts. Reason for 4 stars is due to voice clarity problem. 1 ★After 2 days of waiting for my posts to approve they are deleted without any explanation. 0 experience, Not a single good answer provided by any doctor. All they say is book video call and pay fee. This is waste of time and money. Don't use this, fake reviews and ratings are a huge problem.
