1 ★What a disappointment. I got a MediBio Health & Fitness Tracker through my health plan. This app is supposed to be the intetface. It is Chinese, and full of ads you can't shut off, and won't stay connected by bluetooth if you are lucky enough to get it to connect. Then it drops features and disconnects and changes settings all on its own. This app is worthless and now so is my fitness tracker.
1 ★After 10 days of working well, the watch and app became disconnected. Attempted re-pairing multiple times without success. Update: after five days of repeated failed connections it worked. Charged the watch to 100% battery and paired with fully charged phone. Other than battery life, I didn't do anything I had not tried before. It's a great watch and app, except for the non-english notifications that periodically pop up, and connection issues.
1 ★Horrible app. I haven't been able to get the watch to connect to the app once. I go through Bluetooth and it says an APP must be used for this device but when I go through the APP the watch usually doesn't even show up and when it does it just says connection failed try restarting Bluetooth and phone. For some really stupid reason you can't manually set the time. It has to sync when connected to your phone so now I can't even use it to tell the time.
1 ★Always disconnects from the smartwatch. Even the custom Screensaver on the watch doesn't stay, keeps deleting as if I never used the Screensaver before. Overall, buying the watch is a waste of money, downloading the app is a waste of data! Edit: I just discovered that the screensaver only works when the watch is disconnected. Ordinarily, it should work when the watch stays idle for a certain amount of time, not when disconnected. Please fix!
1 ★Blue tooth only works for like 2 minutes, then it disconnects. Very annoying. It took forever to even get it to show up in my Bluetooth in order to connect. I had to turn it off and on several times before it was even listed. The watch itself seems to work okay. But I am definitely not happy with the connection issue. Like right now it's connecting, then disconnecting then connecting and disconnecting... I don't know what the issue is and the settings are basically non-existent.
1 ★The unit worked well, linking through BlueTooth on Android phone for about two weeks. After charging the watch band, it would not re-connect to my phone, nor laptop computer. I uninstalled, waited an hour & reinstalled the app, but then the watch did not respond to anything at all. Before I did the un- & re- install it at least showed me the "Home" "Discover" and "Me" options. now it just lights up the blank page or the combo of black top & bottom with the Icon taking up 2/3 of the display.
1 ★The recent update ruined this app. It rarely stays connected to the watch, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app over and over to get it to find the watch again, then its intermittent from there whether it stays connected. If you shut the watch off, or the gps off, it disconnects and wont reconnect even though it shows the previously connected, but if you try to reconnect or search, it just doesn't recognize the watch anymore. I'll change my rating when the developer fixes this problem.
1 ★I just received my watch today in the mail. I was so excited. I charged it, added to app on phone. Once watch fully charged I tried to sync app to phone, Bluetooth.... no luck. So I have a fitness band that is pretty much a step counter. Time, date, weather, etc, will not update cause it won't sync with phone. Connection errors, restarted many times. Uninstaller and reinstalled app. No luck. Please fix or I need to return band for a refund!
2 ★I dislike the app and find the accompanying band to be equally annoying. Personal data updates are not automatic in the app, you need to refresh, but then you realize it's disconnected. Again, and again, over and over. I haven't worn a watch in years, I tried sleeping with it on and it kept buzzing; my husband's kept lighting up which left me sleepless. Are the measurements accurate? Who knows? 😥
1 ★Phone Bluetooth shows the watch is connected, but the app itself only connected once, lost connection and now won't find the watch. The watch itself is decent and the steps seem to be accurate, but without a stable connection the ear pods are useless and cannot track progress. Please fix app connection issues. I have uninstalled reinstalled app, power cycled both, ensured correct SW version, checked my settings etc.
1 ★Seriously the worst. Within a few weeks of use, the watch stopped taking my temperature, saying I was always "Lo", and the ambient temperature was always 0°C. The watch doesn't automatically update to the app, so every day you have to open the app and manually check your stats. There's no way that I can find to get long-term records on sleep, or step tracking. You only get the stats for the day that you open the app. Also, it doesn't remember your preferences more than a few days. I'd do 0 stars
1 ★I have not been able to connect this app to my Galaxy S8 at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, following the watch instructions. Tried connecting with my old Galaxy S6. It connected just fine. Message to app developers...fix the code! UPDATE: THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT UPDATING OR FIXING SOFTWARE AS THEY ARE MOST LIKELY OUT OF BUSINESS. Block all permissions to your cell. I'm searching for non-Chinese software.
