2 ★How can we link ttlock to google home? Looks like you market ttlock as supported on google home right at your website, but there are no instructions on how to do it. Even for English, where are the instructions???? I'm using ttlock app with a gateway. I still do not understand is where do I insert the code that I can setup at TTlock as you refer because TTlock app does not show as working with Google home as Sciener app does. Please send clear tutorial with proper instructions.

4 ★Hi, After buying and installation for my parent, I found out that there is no function of schedule locking, since I want it automatically lock the door at night time, in some cases I'm not at home and my parents forget to lock the door. Thank you
2 ★Trying to register 🙄🙃😪...multiple failures
5 ★The app worked fine, up until the last October 2019 update. Since then I was not able to add any gateway to the app (G1 didn’t work and G2 either). On the G1 gateway I got the error “operation failed” and on the G2 router, it just hangs. I tried on different networks too, but got the same error === The developers were very quick to get back to me, they replied via email several hours later, saying to try again. I tried the next day and everything worked just fine, the gateway registered in 2 minutes. They didn’t explain what was wrong, but I suspect some issues with their servers. However, they got back to me and they solved the issue Overall this is a very good application
4 ★Nice app, the best I have seen so far in the locks category. However, it lacks an instructions manual for users who are not so clever with this kind of new products. The user needs to understand how each function works. Also, it lacks a choice of language in parameters. It installs automatically in language of the phone but this is not necessarily the choice of the user. Thirdly, I have a dual SIM phone. The app installs only ONE instance. Ideally, I want one instance of the app for my private number and another instance for my work number. This way, I would keep both sets of locks separate. At the moment, it is not possible, all my locks are together under one phone number. Not good. I hope the developer responds to my requests. But as it is now, it is already the best app for locks.
2 ★This app works when it wants to. Most days I don't get any notifications for the door being unlock even with opening the app and refreshing the records it won't show any code has unlocked the door. Then randomly I'll get a bunch of notifications in the middle of the night. That totally defeats the purpose of having notifications set up.
3 ★I have been using this lock and app for about a year and all of a sudden, the app stopped working, I cannot see my passcodes, cannot set a new one and I have guest coming in an hour who needs a new code! I run my business using these codes. There seems to be no where to go for tech support or trouble shooting, I am afraid to delete the app and lose all my passcodes, then I won't be able to enter my own home. Help!
1 ★This makes no sense at all. I can connect and administer the lock but I can't unlock it. When I press the picture of the lock it says "this device does not support this operation"... Well it supports administration of the lock but not opening?? So far I have a useless lump of metal. Ah apparently if I click a hidden option in settings it very occasionally allows me to unlock it but it still flashes the error even when it works. The widget just says "no locks".
1 ★I purchased 2 of these & was getting ready to buy 2 more until I learned they stop working if something happens to your phone. I had to change phones cuz my phone died. Now I can see the locks on the app but they're greyed out. And it won't give me access. It keeps saying I have to delete the old administrator. I can't be that phone is dead. I sent an email asking for help. They sent me a one line reply saying the locks are connected to the phone number not the phone. Clearly that's not true.
1 ★Don't wast your time. I have been trying to register my account and keep getting invalid character. Can't get help. Can I still return my lock? I finally got pass the other problem but it still would not register. You have a choice between email and phone number. It would no work with email. Once I switch to phone number it did register. I pun in my fingerprint but could only get in about 1 in 10 times. I then put in my fingerprint 3 more times and can now get in about 75% of the time.
