JIF協会の指導によるインターミッテント（断続的）ファスティングを取り組む方、また協会のアンバサダー、アドバイザー、カウンセラーの方々向けのサポートアプリです。具体的には、断続的なファスティングに取り組む方へのサポートツールとしての動画教材やPDFファイル（栄養学の知識や断続的ファスティングの具体的なやり方、ビフォーアフターなど）での解説。また、アンバサダー（広報活動、普及活動してくださる方）やアドバイザー（断続的ファスティングの知識を持っている方やアドバイスができる方）、カウンセラー（実際にファスティングを取り組む方への具体的なサポート、指導できる方）への教育動画やプレゼンテーションファイルなどの資料をいつでも見ることができます。
断続的ファスティングは16時間ファスティングが有名ですが、長期的に10キロから20キロ痩せて体質を変えたいと考えている人は16時間ファスティングよりも、週2ファスティングをやった方が効果的です。
