Der PreHabil Trial App bietet, für ausgewählte Personen, aktuelle und zuverlässige Informationen (u.a. Bewegungsempfehlungen, Ernährung, Rauchstopp, Post-Operativ, mit Text, Bildern und/oder Figuren), ein Tagebuch zur Dokumentation von z.B. ausgeführten Übungen und Aktivitäten. Alle im Tagebuch erfasster Informationen, werden in einer Übersicht, oder «Verlauf», übersichtlich dargestellt.Jeder Woche gibt es eine Wochenzusammenfassung, wo sichtbar ist, was in den letzten 7 Tagen alle gemacht worden ist.
In der App kann ein individuelles Übungsprogramm erstellt werden, das auf die Bedürfnisse der Patientin/Patient angepasst wird. Das Übungsprogramm ist in Prinzip bis zum Operationsdatum gültig und es werden Benachrichtigungen (sogenannte lokale «Push Nachrichten») an den Benutzern gesendet, wann geübt werden soll.
Es werden mehrere Standardübungsprogramme zu Verfügung stehen, welche verwendet werden können, aber auch angepasst werden können.
