3 ★It does what it's supposed to do. But just can't understand why does it need sooo much space?? Currently its using 1.2GB of space, for a cab hailing app! That's a bit ridiculous. Most 3D games don't need that much space.

3 ★great app that can become even better if you could just pin the location you want to go instead typing... as a foregner i have no clue of some local names and it makes it a nightmare when you want to go to specific place.

5 ★Great app. The drivers are always very good and the cars are clean. The customer service is excellent. Perfect app for getting around town

1 ★1. New version doesn't work. Won't load, goes in endless loop to verify 2. Super slow to load with splash screen 3. English doesn't work in HK... Then can't change back to English after.

2 ★One every two updates now breaks the automatic payment function and you get the prompt that the registration of the app is not compatible with current phone. You then have to process the payment manually. also very annoying now are all the ads and security pop-ups you have to go through and close each time before app allows you to book a ride Please remove the ads and make the security prompt a one time thing you can set as an option in settings. 所有安全提示做设置选项，不要每次约车重提醒一边！这样好无聊！

5 ★It's a life saver in China. Also online customer service was really fast and responsive and solved an issue within minutes! I really didn't expect so high quality! Well done, and keep it this way!

1 ★Horror. Does not work with U.S. credit cards. Requires prepayment when ordering car but payment options at that point are only Wechat Pay or AliPay and both pay types don't work unless you have a credit card with a Chinese bank. Good luck having a Chinese bank credit card if you are an American tourist or tourist from any other country. Attempted to use this app (and failed) in Shanghai.

2 ★I am trying to log in. App is asking me to REmake an account, despite already having one. And when I try to register my name/email, it gives an error: "Network error, please try again later."

3 ★Hit and Miss. The app was great when visiting China recently, however, the reserve option only worked once. During rush hours the app did not find a car whereas the concierge was able to using a local Chinese app on his own phone.

3 ★most of the app is great, but there's still some pop-up within the app that interrupts user experience. what's worse, it has in-app update that bypasses Google Play.

4 ★Recently there's a lot less drivers - often have a long wait to get a car or taxi (Hangzhou). You can pay taxis on the app now which is very convenient.
