O programa tem como principais objetivos:
a. Fortalecer a capacidade competitiva dos pequenos negócios paranaenses;
b. Estimular a transferência de tecnologia entre instituições e empresas;
c. Superar gargalos tecnológicos;
d. Estimular o processo de inovação e tecnologia nos pequenos negócios.
O público alvo do SEBRAETEC são os clientes do Sistema SEBRAE com CNPJ, registro de produtor rural ou de pescador válidos, individualmente ou em grupo, cujo faturamento anual não ultrapasse R$3.600.000,00 - valor previsto na Lei Geral das Micro e Pequenas Empresas - 123/06.
Os serviços são fornecidos por Prestadoras de Serviços ativas no Cadastro no Paraná e pelas Soluções SEBRAE de Tecnologia (PORTFÓLIO SEBRAETEC).
