Sono inoltre disponibili importanti informazioni sul Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) per valutare l’impronta ambientale delle produzioni agricole regionali.

Saranno attivati corsi di formazione destinati agli agricoltori per trasmettere e spiegare, con competenza, i dati e le informazioni del progetto, inoltre affrontare i principali aspetti della digitalizzazione nelle aziende agricole.

I materiali pubblicati all’interno dell’app sono stati realizzati e/o elaborati da CSO ITALY, società fondato nel 1998, specializzata in studi, analisi e ricerche sul settore ortofrutta. Gli studi ed i materiali LCA (ed LCC) sono opera della ricerca Universitaria dell’Alma Mater Studiorum di Bologna – DISTAL.

Oltre ai già citati CSO Italy e UNOBO DISTAL, il progetto vede la partecipazione di altre importanti realtà regionali che coprono i vari stadi della produzione. Si parte dall’azienda agricola con la partecipazione della Società Agricola Piovacari Paride e figli S.S., due grandi realtà cooperative Apofruit Italia Soc. Coop. Agr., Orogel Soc. Coop. Agr., nell’ambito del trasformato Veba Soc. Coop.. Il comparto della distribuzione è rappresentato da Alì spa, nota insegna di supermercati ed ipermercati presente in Emilia-Romagna. I corsi sono affidati a Dinamica, primario ente di formazione in Agricoltura nella Regione Emilia-Romagna.
