5 ★Just seen heard about this app. I have anxiety and panic disorder also have IBS and I know they work together well to make you feel sick. I've been leaning more to hypnosis and meditation and I found this and love it so far.
5 ★I love this app, thank you Jayne! I've been using the hypnosis and affirmations, and can already feel a difference after just a few weeks. I find the variety of sessions perfect, and I've started to create different playlists depending on how what I want to focus on. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with IBS and anxiety.
