Description
THE MYDS APP, WITH YOU EVERY DAYMyDS, the application for DS owners, allows you to connect to your vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your DS driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked DS vehicle is displayed on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks your journeys and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your DS vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyDS application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyDS also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple DS vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby DS dealerships and their contact details.
- DS news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyDS also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with DS Assistance, Contact DS and dealerships.
All DS models are compatible with the MyDS application. However, if your DS is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed., You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

1 ★There is not a lot of functionality in the app. The part which is nice, the tracking of your trips is very unstable. Although the app tells me it's connected with the car it won't update again for a few days now. After a hard reset it worked for a day. but now it's losing connection over and over again. Very unstable. link is for UK support, they refused to help. I will delete the app. Nov: 2020 No improvement in 1 year, still louzy connectivty. Dec update app. And still no connectivity.
4 ★At last the app is working. Since the last update it has got better and better. syncs as soon as the app is opened. I like the graphs etc in there. would have gave it 5 stars if it could run in the background instead of having to actually open the app for it to connect. Only a little thing but a great app now.
2 ★Found this App useful - journey times, MPG, ave speed etc. However, it originally always showed journey start/finish addresses (with map available), now it rarely shows start/finish addresses/map. Also noticed that now often fails to show return journey until the next time car used - then displays the previous return & the new outward journey only! Is this problem with app or the car/phone? So now only 2* Update 05/19: DS traded for new Peugeot 3008 so now using MyPeugeot App - works better!
1 ★Does not work. Does not connect properly to the vehicule, does not update the millage, etc. Juste like my DS7, a big disappointment. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
1 ★Truly worthless. Nice car but the software that comes with it is buggy rubbish. This app connected once, recorded a 4 mile journey and nothing since. That was 4 months ago. A review bot suggests logging a support incident (see other reviews). Don't bother. After 3 months and 1 week you'll get a response asking if you still have the problem. The map update app doesn't work either: "an error occurred". If this is typical of DS post-sales service, it's back to BMW for me!
1 ★Used to work but data from the car to the app became erratic and stopped updating completely on 03/06 so now a waste of time. DS - dont bother responding telling me to complete an online form, i've dealt with DS customer service previously and they are a waste of space. This is my 1st and last DS, from dreadful customer service to a threatening manager at the DS garage this is a manufacturer that deserves to fail.
1 ★Nov 19 Unfortunately having to update the review again as I am again having issues with connecting. Journeys are being missed, tried many problem solving recommendations to no avail. Nothing is consistent and the app cannot really be relied upon. Jan 20 still nothing fixed sadly. Filled out the contact form in November and was advised to wait for updates. Experiencing the same issue as many, it seems, with the 'A4S Logging is ENABLED and must be DISABLED...' message. Seems common, why no fix?
2 ★Very disappointing app. Never shows my journeys yet I get the notifications. Using an electric car this would be helpful. Also setting up the remote control function was a farse. Also does not give you the ability to set the actual heat you want in the car from the remote function. Only by signing out back in did that function decide to work. The whole app is a bit glitchy.
1 ★App has just wiped all of my data. Went into the app to check a journey and it is asking me to add a vehicle as if it was the first time I have used it. Really frustraiting and unreliable app. Edit - not sure why they have asked me to send details of my issue to Vauxhall? Not sure they would be bothered about issues with my DS3! Haha
2 ★When it works it's good. I had several weeks with no journeys, now it's back. I also randomly get a message pop up over other apps now and then saying "A4S Logging is ENABLED and must be DISABLED in production for app com.psa.mym.myds". This happens even when the app isn't running in the background.
1 ★Does not connect always, Does not have the service DS from Ilfov-România. Still a lot to work at it. Also AT The car, as there is a lot of discovered bugs, some of them endangering The passengers. Edit as for DS comment: waist of Time, just look at Facebook- Ds7 Page.. THE SENDING OF FEEDBACK FROM APP IS GIVING A BIG ERROR !
1 ★got a citroen ds5 - the driving tab, the only interesting thing about the app, is not available - even though the phone connection via Bluetooth is fine. have just downloaded an update for the app, will see if it makes any difference over the next few days. edit: no visible difference following the update. just doesn't appear to track trips at all.
