Da oggi farai fatica a gustarti il tuo cicchetto di super alcolico in pace. Oppure terrai il tuo cellulare "a pancia in giù".
Fidati di me, ti insegnerò a vivere “in modo fitness” ogni momento della tua giornata, sarà facile e senza particolari sacrifici o restrizioni.
Farò dei video specifici per te con esercizi che ti chiederò di svolgere nel giorno stesso in cui li trovi sull’app: interromperai la sedentarietà, ottimizzeremo il lavoro fatto insieme e continueremo ad occuparci di eventuali tuoi problemi fisici che necessitano di un costante stimolo positivo.
Ogni giorno ti invierò mie raccomandazioni comportamentali che ti ricorderanno quanto anche i piccoli gesti quotidiani siano importanti per ottenere uno stile di vita sano da mantenere nel tempo.
Sulla mia app abbiamo inoltre la possibilità di chattare per rimanere sempre in stretto contatto e condividere dubbi, successi e foto e un’area prenotazioni che ti permette di programmare velocemente le sedute di allenamento insieme.
Ho messo tutto il mio impegno per realizzare questo progetto perché sono certo di quanto ci sarà utile per raggiungere più facilmente e velocemente gli obiettivi che insieme ci siamo prefissati.
