1 ★This app has a problem with log in features!! Why do i need to log in again again and so many times i have reset password just doesnt sign in!
1 ★After sending an order confirmation letter they canceled my order without informing me... At least an email should've been sent to be aware of the issue... Unprofessional
3 ★After the July 09 update the app has some glitches. For instance logging out after adding a new item to shopping basket. Also my order not confirmed and visible while payment has been deducted. I guess this new update needs some attention and rework. The app previously was working fine. Not the most convenient and user friendly but it did what it had to do. I hope glitches are getting removed soon.
1 ★The website is a fraud. After i returned an item, they tild me the item meets their standards and they will issue me a store credit. When i asked for a refund instead, they responded that the item did not meet their return standards! It was security cam that didnt work! I packed it right up and send it back. Fraudulent people! And now they have both the item AND the money!

1 ★very bad that most baby clothes can't be returned!! even if it's the wrong size!! and i ordered a spare part for the baby food processor that i received with missing parts and can't be returned even with the missing parts!!!!! very bad experience! i asked for a refund and they send a request from their side because of missing parts..instead of refunding they took the item and replace with the same item with missing parts!!! worst experience ever
1 ★App and website is not working, I raised the issue by whatssapp and no customer bot helped, its Aysha its resolved as automatic reply that it is resolved without really solving the issue at all, now ordering there is impossible despite or raising this issue. I uninstall, installed but still same issue, even I created new account, no IT improved this
1 ★Tye new application update is not working. The wishlist cannot be accessed due to an internal server error. More importantly, I can't actually complete any purchases from the app despite trying multiple times over the last 2 weeks. As an online retailer this needs to be addressed rapidly

5 ★Love this app. All products are in good quality. The platform is very user friendly. But i wish it is always updated like for example, many items are still on promotion but when you click it to add on your cart, the item is in regular price. Also there is difference with the total payment, as it appears at SAR on checkout it is AED, the total price is not accurate not like in other shopping app that is converted already.
1 ★inaccurate shipment/delivery time. They always delay the delivery of the item without notification. in order to get our order we have to call them and wait on the call to follow up. Only then they will get the item. This repeated many times. Now I decided not to deal with them again. additionally avoid ordering this that need complex installation like outdoor play area as they do not offer installation even with a fee.
2 ★Still waiting for my order to even be delivered since 28 November .... keep sending me messages says they can't contact me ... Next day delivery not a chance . And yes l have complained twice still waiting ✋️
