※ Users may allow the following permissions to use the Kakao T service seamlessly. All permissions are divided into two categories – required and optional.
1. Required authority
1) Location is used for setting up pick-up point and destination.
2) Album is used to retrieve saved information about requests.
2. Selective authority
1) Notification is the necessary authority to receive various notifications provided by Kakao T.
2) Mic is used for setting up pick-up point and destination based on voice recognition.
3) Camera is used for recognizing QR codes and customer complaints.
4) Bluetooth is used for connecting a mobile phone and a bike when a customer uses the bike service.
5) Contact will be used as the telephone information when you request a product.
※ Users may use the Kakao T services without granting optional permissions.
※ You can change the access level in mobile phone Settings > App > Kakao T.
※ Kakao T’s permissions are divided into required permissions and optional permissions from Android 6.0 and up. If your device is running a lower version, you are recommended to check with the manufacturer of your device if the OS can be updated and, if yes, update your OS to 6.0 or higher, since you may not choose which optional permissions you will grant. Please also note that permissions granted by the previous version of the app will not be changed even if the OS is updated. Therefore, you must delete the existing app and revergod-install a new one to revergod-set permissions.

1 ★General call will send an old car with a driver around 75yrs old. Pick up time is rarely correct. Drivers struggle to read maps and find your location as they follow the navigation which very often leads them a long way around.

1 ★바쁘니까 택시 잡은 건데 12분 거리의 기사님을 배차시켜주면 어쩌라는 건지 모르겠네요 거기다가 취소하면 몇분간 배차 못 하게 되어있고;; 멀리 계신 기사님 (7분 이상)은 말 없이 잡아주지 말고 동의를 받으시던가 하시면 좋겠습니다.

1 ★Updating again. Taxi drivers accept the request (sometimes) and then cancel and say you didn't get in the car even though they're still 6 minutes away. Updating this just to say this app still stinks.
