1 ★useless application, not worked. WORST courier service ever! using YES for the service, but can't be tracked & unknown whereabouts. earned costly but got bad services. their customer care also worse ever. JNE has long been established, but the quality of their services has declined.

1 ★Can't even input the OTP code, the email never get in to my email account

1 ★Best logistics back then. But now, always delay on deliver the package. Package stuck on warehouse about 2-3days, so annoying meanwhile I realy realy need the package ASAP. Bad services, and hope u can fix it! If not, ur customers will use others logistic services.

1 ★this app promotes that we can do anything using a single phone number but please--i can't even enter my phone num, they didn't ask for it when i signed up, and the customer service (yes i called them) also said that its TRUE that this app DON'T USE phone number. so what's the point launching this app? 😅

3 ★You need to improve this & fix the MyShipment feature. I still can't configure my profile & connect my phone number to the app to get automatic updates on my shipments. There are courier service apps that already allow this like the Aramex app, less hassle.

2 ★Please fix the app. It can't load the waybill numbers like before anymore and only shows a blank page when I input the numbers. I'll change the stars as soon as the app is back normal. Thanks

2 ★Its being few days JNE server getting inaccessible, but the app claiming my internet connection is error. Hello?? Can you please make this app displaying correct message rather than blaming error was on your customers side.

3 ★My package still in courier in three days, i call customer service they just tell me to wait, the courier never call me for make sure addreses or etc. App not helping because live tracking not automatic refresh everytime. JNE still use manual update for tracking.
