4 ★Great app, love the cross stich designs. Just can't download newest issue?
2 ★It was great until it wasn't. I had to get a new phone and everything transferred fine. I am not sure if the phone change is the issue or that February had 29 days this year. March's monthly subscription failed payment on March 29th (with 2 valid ways to pay). I also made multiple attempts to pay manually. I even tried to uninstall/reinstall app. After 2 messages to support, they say there is nothing that can be done and to order through their website. Very disappointing !!!

5 ★I love this magazine and can print pages from tablet. What I am having trouble with downloading and storing each issue. Will this app be available for laptops and PC's?
1 ★Useless. I needed a couple back issues for the stitch-a-long so I decided to sign up. Uses the trial (so it charged me 99p) and immediately stated the payment failed but it hasn't. Tried again and it tried to charge me the full £46. I can't even see anything on the app anymore...
1 ★The content is excellent but only when the app works. I have lost access to a huge bundle of back issues and special editions which I purchased through the app and it's nearly impossible to contact the developer. I have been stuck in a miserable cycle of trying to eek out information and fixes through their customer service team for over eleven weeks now. The customer service is atrocious so please proceed very carefully before buying any paid content through this app.
5 ★Love, love, love this app! I downloaded the special package of all past issues and have had no problems accessing and printing out individual patterns for stitching purposes (i.e., coloring in to track stitching progress). I wish I found this app earlier.
1 ★Was told to download app to get my digital copy. I've download app 3 times. When installing it says an error has occurred. I've read you've updated the software. My phone is 2 weeks old. Please tell me what to do next.
