Designed to act as an aid in physical activity, the Acadroid - Bodybuilding Guideuses images and animations to describe the correct execution of training exercises and descriptions of the most requested during the year.
The application also gives tips on nutritional supplements that can be combined with each series of exercises
for best results. The Acadroid - Bodybuilding Guide has three predefined series: the series "Hypertrophy" - (weight gain), series "Set" and the series "Weight loss".
The series are different for men and women.
The user can create a custom schedule on the "Build Schedule", which is one of the options series of exercises that you can choose when you register on the system.
The user can also keep track of the measures and monitor their evolution over time.
Among other features of the system, the application has three calculators that compute BMI,
Percentage of Fat, and Heart Rate user.
