4 ★I guess this is about being the best and the biggest exchange Blockchain ever with their very simple user interface and a well arranged and an easy to apply phase one and phase two user/account verification but the problem I have with this app is their inconsistency in terms of shifting grounds on their distribution address first from eth Blockchain to binance Blockchain and now to okx and I feel that these moves are really getting people so confused especially as okx verification is just not ok

I am giving 3 stars for now, I will review and give 4 stars if things remain simple and will give 5 stars if the dev team keep to their promises.
1 ★Looks like a scam. No terms and conditions, no personal data processing policy, asks users to record their images without a privacy notice. How is that personal data used? To what purpose? Who has access to it?

When you log in it prompts you to enter your email address but when I entered my email address it will direct me to sign up again. I thought that if you already use your email it will bind on to your account. This is unacceptable to me. Please explain why I cannot log in. I verified my acct on Twitter and also did KYC already then in a blink of an eye this happened? why can't we just log in using our username/nickname.

For the past one month I am losing the entire previous day's mining coins because of its not opening for 3 to 4 hours ven though regularly the app is updating whenever it is warranted. The mining rate is at 2 per hour and the reducing rate is 7.86 per hour. This generating an impression that it is a fake one and it's difficult to raise community for it. Further, it is continuously for every 2 or 3 days demanding for Identification which is further delaying.

The development team should explain whether the process explained is correct? Or any other method is going to be followed? Further, it is decreasing every day though it is being mined without allowing to lose by delaying the mining. The development team should explain.
1 ★I haven't been able to login my account since I reset my phone to factory setting. I tried using twitter to login, instead of logging in my account, it created new ice account, and I have verified my twitter account with ice. I used the email option, after completing the code process on website, coming back to the app, starts the whole process again.
1 ★It was perfect until the facial verification stage in their latest version which sucks every now and then. Plus, it keeps on deducting already mined coins. I think, this is a plan by the app owner... Don't think they will fix it until you lose all your coins.
3 ★There is a bug as of 4th jan. Many people who made their accounts on their phone numbers are unable to sign in now as it is not accepting phone numbers, its only accepting emails. Whereas those who already have signed in cannot connect their account with an email, its giving randoming excuses like "this is sensitive info, plz sign in again". Fix this bug ASAP.
