1 ★I've been using this app for a while to ensure I get my train to get to work. However, on 3/4 occasions, I've had the following issues I.e., taxis or drivers being sent to the wrong pick point (just around the corner), not turning up and being told that they did not have a booking, being told that the taxi is 4/5mins away, when it's not, they've cancelled without notification. I ordered a cab after a night out, 1am and they parked in a different street and was asked to walk there! Never again.
2 ★Booked a taxi just once, a tedious experience just to get started. We could not book in advance, for the strange reason that it would supposedly take only take 2-3 min. for a taxi to arrive. So we booked in the morning, it took almost 5 min. just to find a driver, then it took him 10 min. to get to us. We eventually arrived late. Also it cost almost 50% more than a regular taxi. I see no value added by this app and service. EDIT: Your reply looks canned, not honest. I gave the full experience.
1 ★The cancellation fee is extornioate. I only ever cancel if the taxi is moving further away from me and it's a £5 charge. Better off using Ola or local taxi service, will be cheaper and youll be on time. I will now you this all as a last resort
4 ★Good app, too bad taxis don't care about your exact location and sometimes pick you up on the wrong side of the street. If I wanted to be picked up on the other side of the street I would have entered the specific address.

5 ★Very helpful, when you need to ger a taxi fast or when you are in an unfamiliar place and don't know any local number, usually a taxi arrives in minutes, you can pay via credit card.
1 ★Avoid at all cost! Gett have let me down so many times. Today I booked a taxi to go to the train station. The cab failed to turn up. When I tried to contact anyone about this, it just kept searching and searching for drivers. The app would crash. Of course once again I missed my train thanks to GETT. Had to pay £70.00 for a new ticket. I would leave no stars if I could. Pitiful service.
1 ★This app functions perfectly & I've used it for several years without issue. Last night I found two new charges added to my fare without prior notification. This almost doubled the cost of the journey (£9.60 on the meter - I paid £17.59). The £6 "technology fee" is ludicrous. No problem paying a small service fee. Won't be using again.
2 ★Extortionate app commission fee. For a ride worth £20 (a cab that I stopped on the road) the app was giving me a price of approx. £15 over, to include the app's fee. On top of that, it doesn't appear to guarantee advance bookings. If they find a car, that's OK with them. If not, the client is left hanging, potentially in a rush to get to an airport etc. At least for London, I think the correct action is: don't use this app, stop a black cab on the road, and for advance bookings, use others.
1 ★Awful first time experience. Decided to try the app in London on a rainy day. Registered, ordered a ride from very central location. 5 min wait, ok no problem. I was able to see the car coming towards me and suddenly another person jumps out 5m in front of me, hailing the cab. The driver stops, cancels my drive, passenger jumps in and they drive off. I didn't even have time to come over. Absolutely terrible service
2 ★Whilst the look of the app is clean and elements of 'fun' by having a loyalty view that looks like a games progression, fees and a clear understanding of what the journey will cost is not clear enough prior to the journey. Where a journey I've had by black taxi without using the app would cost £8 in peak times, using Gett for the same journey in peak times has cost me £18. There are other apps which do a much better job by keeping near to the price you'd expect to pay. 2 stars for appearance
