1 ★This service is designed well to lure in new customers and feed off them until they discover how many hidden fees and disclaimers are involved and eventually realize they were scammed and leave the service. Save your time and find a more transparent warranty provider if there's such a thing out there or even better, go without one, finding a good handyman has worked better for me and cost so much less.

1 ★Got an invoice for additional money 9 months after a service, that was marked (and still is) paid. I had received no bill before and had paid for the service. They asked for the money during a global pandemic. Not transparent about costs whatsoever.

1 ★The "update" broke the app. Keeps asking to be updated. Uninstalled and downloaded again, still the same issue. Was just okay when it worked.

1 ★After the 7/20/20 update, app is telling me I must update before I can proceed, but I just updated, & there is no update available. I can't access my account, or any part of the app

1 ★App is useless as of today. Keeps telling me to update. I updated, restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and re installed. Still telling me to update app and will not allow me to do anything else.

1 ★They give 30 day warranty on repairs they complete. Will charge you to come out after that and fix the repair they did badly 35 days later. Very shady company. Beware using them. They can cause you more problems and money then doing it yourself or with a reputable company.

1 ★Whatever the last update was made the app crash every time I go view the completed job or try to give feedback to our technician. Please fix!

1 ★Glitchy. Has disabled my services and I cant use the app. No one seems to be able to help. Deleting and re installing has not resolved it.
