4 ★My only issue with this app so far is under Ship. It's not accepting my state for some reason when I fill out the form. It doesn't matter how I put it (abbreviation, spelled out, all caps, no caps), it keeps saying state is invalid! I need to shop something important, and can't because of this! Fix this issue, and I'll change my rating.
5 ★I have been using this app since it came online. I don't have to put in tracking numbers, if it's coming to me, FedEx system let's me know. I just started having a few inconvenient issues like package nicknames not being saved or delivered packages reappear in my list after being removed. The app can't do anything about late deliveries, misdirected packages or human error, it can only tell me where my packages are. Which it does rather well.
5 ★Love this app! I get a notification within minutes of my packages being delivered.
5 ★Huge fan! It is very user friendly, allows you to track your anticipated deliveries from origin to your front door while detailing all of the stops and delays (if any) ensuring that you are informed of your delivery date in real-time. The app also provides the user with the option to assign a title to each tracking number so you can easily identify the sender, which is great if you receive a lot of packages. Also, many additional features if you are the sender of packages! Definitely recommend!!
1 ★I've never gotten a package delivered on time with FedEx. Not one single time. It will tell me it's "estimated to be delivered today" while it also says "at destination facility" about 30 miles from where I live. And it will sit there for days, telling me every day it will be delivered today. Rinse and repeat for every single delivery. And their customer support is non existent at best. I'm always willing to pay extra for literally anyone else to deliver packages for me. FedEx is a joke.
5 ★The fact that I can see all shipments coming to my address without needing the tracking number is really nice
1 ★Not only is this app garbage but FedEx themselves are garbage as well. My current package I'm tracking took 22.5 hours to make a 2.5 hour drive and then it sat at the terminal for over 25 hours before it left for the next terminal 5 hours away. The package was supposed to be here yesterday and it's still 3 states away and now says delivery pending. This has happened the last several times I've gotten a package with them. I remember when they used to be the fastest. Now they're by far the slowest
1 ★Would give it 0 if I could, so overly complicated. Wanted to reschedule delivery, a very simple task which should take a min or 2 max. Instead I'm stuck here for 20 mins just trying to make an account! Having to agree to endless T&C's. Finally manage and then it turns out I have to fill out a second registration to do anything related to my package! How does that make sense? Can't even do it because my country is stuck in US even though I choose UK when intially making an account. Useless!
1 ★A tortoise will be faster than FedEx's service. It's so slow like it takes them a month to deliver something which is only 500 miles away. I could take a bus and go get my stuff from the original location and that would be much faster than Fedex. Don't use this service. It takes them a month to do anything.
5 ★the app is pretty good, FedEx's delivery estimates....? not so good, it is common for me to get delivery date notifications only to have them rescheduled to the next day only to have the same delivery re-rescheduled to the day after that. Mostly FedEx ground, although I have had regular FedEx reschedule to the next day never back to back (that I can recall) like ground.
1 ★App doesn't update until last minute!! Leaves you sitting home all day for package because it needs a signature only to tell you at 8pm that it's not being delivered!! I guess people can afford not to go to work so they can sit around all day waiting to sign for packages!!! I wish I could choose the company that delivers...it definitely wouldn't be fedex!!!! Funny how you don't see any response to the bad reviews 🤔
5 ★I like the app, being able to keep track of packages and to be able to file a complaint when a package has not arrived.
