2 ★The application won't let you press the back button on the screen to return to the map. I have to force close the application. When you're looking at a station and it has a website for more information, you cannot click it to open it nor can you long hold to copy the URL. Rather hard to use.
1 ★Trip planner is broken. When trying to plan a trip from a location other than current location, upon hitting the "show route" button, the app yields "an error occurred try again later", then "no route was found for the selected trip", then quits to planning screen. S21 ultra
5 ★Overall experience has been great! No major issues with the app. I can locate chargers easily, almost always works first time without hiccup. Check-ins are fast and easy. And, I can track my charging on my phone, which is nice and simple
4 ★Best multi network map. I do wish you could get driving directions from it like Google, but I'll take what I can get. A red flag option would be nice tho to identify bad stations quicker visually. This app has saved my bacon many times
5 ★Works great! Any issues I've had using the app have been to do with the hardware not being able to read the NFT signal from the phone. Manually inputting the connection info always worked under those circumstances.
1 ★Why they feel compelled to call out Tesla separately seems redundant. All EVs are equal....or should be. Also the use of the incorrect terminology for DC Fast Charge (erroneously called Level 3 is inexcusable for what is an app developed by professionals in the field. Not intuitive and awkward for the user. A better description would be ALL EV CHARGING....rather than calling out specific brands of EVs and adding to their advertising.
4 ★Great app. A little clunky with image uploads and not as obvious to navigate as it might be but a real asset for ev owners! Love the fees back feature and the check in/check out options.
3 ★It doesn't load charging stations on the map. Yes I tried all that it finally load about 4 minutes after I open the map. I was on Fully 5G reception. Updated, I tried several times about the same time to load all of them.
4 ★Overall I love this app. Very helpful in finding different chargers. However, other aspects can be glitchy, like the check in and edit buttons not working. If they can fix this, five stars!
2 ★Good at listing all the chargers. Trip planner is mostly useless. Does t let you actually *plan* a trip with multiple stops, etc. Just shows you chargers from point A to B. But even that is t terribly clear.
4 ★Good app, but they recently added an annoying feature that notifies you every day asking if you're near a charger... and there's no way to disable notifications without registering an account.
5 ★This is my first time owning an electric vehicle and this app is great. I can put in a city and state or even just a zip code and it brings up a very wide selection of charging stations everywhere. I highly recommend this app to anyone searching for a station to charge on.
