3 ★works just fine, does load some pages a little slow but it's not a deal breaker. One major issue is when I click the member handbook it's in Spanish, I unfortunately only speak and read English, why does this happen? Give the option for what language we want to use and this rating will go up.

5 ★Great new look. Easy as ever to navigate. But if you do happen to run into any issues navigating their page or have any questions, their help page offers easy instructions as well as phone number(s) for extra help if needed

1 ★You need Specific information let me say again b4 your update i was able to log in thru your app just fine. que your update it says im a unknown user or that password is wrong change password multiple times nothing . It goes like this. I try to log in. It say invalid username . I double check username. Now says invalid password. reset password now says invalid user and it goes back and forth on your app. Does not do this on the website directly. Is that clear enough for you?

5 ★I wish insurance companies actually cared about their clients enough to be nearly as good as any public health system. Screw private health insurance. This is hands down the best app I've ever seen or used for any health insurance system. It's extremely clear about any co pays or anything that will cost me money, and provides direct contact info for any provider I can think of.

1 ★I was told by technical support that this app is the only way to monitor your medicaid benefits. I was also told by tech support that I would need to reset my password each time I log in and if it doesn't work to redownload the app. Completely worthless.

1 ★I can't log in to the app, but I can log in to the website with no issues. I try logging in on the app, it acts like it's loading, then I get thrown back to the login screen. This app is useless right now

4 ★Pretty helpful, only downside is trying to sign up; you're required to go to a website and can't do it from the app itself. Found doctors/physicians in our area very easily. Will try to add our newborn here shortly, thanks for making an app for this!

1 ★Cant access at all weird glitches and sending me to sketchy websites

1 ★Changed my 5 start to 1 star. App feels worthless now. The app is now super slow and when I needed to find a new provider, submitted the info, hit search and watched a silly design spin and spin and spin. 25 minutes later it's still spinning!

1 ★People come to use this app for information not to CertiFit have a good time it's a huge waste of space you have to dig around to find what you're looking for. Operates very slowly on cheap government phones.
