Description
ScuolaLavoroTurismo nasce nel 2008 a Castellammare di Stabia in provincia di Napoli, da un’idea del suo fondatore il dott. Pasquale Bruno. Inizia la sua attività come Associazione di Promozione Sociale, ma nel tempo subisce un’evoluzione. Si viene a creare un gruppo di docenti la cui mission è quella di legare la formazione nel settore turistico, alla cultura del territorio.Tutto questo, anche e soprattutto, per rispondere ad un’esigenza oramai strutturale: reclutare personale qualificato che fosse in grado di affrontare le nuove sfide del mondo del lavoro soprattutto nel settore turistico alberghiero. La community di hotels aziende turistiche o ristorative partners si amplia sempre di più, come il network dei candidati al lavoro e all’ apprendimento, arrivando a contare circa 30 mila followers sui social. La nostra offerta formativa spazia dai corsi live presso gli hotels partners, ai corsi sincroni e asincroni, rispondendo così ad ogni esigenza. Importante anche la collaborazione con Startcode, agenzia formativa leader in Campania per l’erogazione dei percorsi formativi gratuiti finanziati dal fondo interprofessionale FormaTemp.
Quello che più caratterizza il nostro brand, sono i Recruiting Day gratuiti per aziende e disoccupati o stagionali, che, da 10 anni, permettono l’incontro tra domanda e offerta. Giornate interamente dedicate alla selezione del personale, dove i candidati hanno la possibilità reale di sostenere colloqui con centinaia di aziende del comparto. Le selezioni continuano tutti i giorni anche in modalità online.
La vera novità dell’anno sono i Corsi di Alta Formazione in collaborazione con la Libera Università Popolare Georg Hegel con sede a Roma, che al termine del corso rilascerà l’attestato di frequenza. Una nuova importantissima occasione, per chi desidera acquisire sempre maggiori competenze e professionalità.
