QUALUCA steht für "QUAlity of life in LUng CAncer" und bedeutet auf Deutsch "Lebensqualität bei Lungenkrebs". Mit dieser App möchten wir dazu beitragen, die Lebensqualität von Betroffenen zu erhalten bzw. zu verbessern. Die App möchte Lungenkrebsbetroffene motivieren, eine gesunde Lebensweise zu führen. Ausserdem soll die App dabei unterstützen, eine gesunde Lebensweise in den Alltag zu integrieren. Die App konzentriert sich auf drei wichtige Bereiche: Bewegung, Ernährung und Atmung/Entspannung. Die Inhalte werden dabei auf jede Person abgestimmt. Wir hoffen, dass die App Lungenkrebsbetroffenen nach der Reha eine Hilfe sein kann.DELIA steht für "DigitalE Lebensstil Intervention im Alter". Mit dieser App möchten wir dazu beitragen, die Lebensqualität von älteren Erwachsenen ab einem Alter von 65 Jahren zu erhalten bzw. zu verbessern. Die App möchte motivieren, eine gesunde Lebensweise zu führen. Sie soll bezüglich verhaltensbezogenen Gesundheitsthemen sensibilisieren, Gewohnheiten hinterfragen und Wege aufzeigen, wie Gewohnheiten durchbrochen und eine gesunde Lebensweise in den Alltag integriert werden können. Die App konzentriert sich auf vier wichtige Bereiche: Bewegung, Ernährung, Entspannung/Achtsamkeit und Schlaf. Die Inhalte werden dabei auf jede Person abgestimmt. Wir hoffen, dass die App ältere Erwachsene unterstützt eine gesunde Lebensweise zu führen.
