So here is my 5 star(cause you guys deserve it) and my apologies. Keep on improving! You're software, and hardware is freaking amazing! Thank you all for making biking more fun than ever! I own a Vado 5.0, I could only imagine how badass your full suspension bikes are! One day I'll have one... One day...
4 ★Great presentation, updated version of mission control. Would be great if it also displayed battery and motor core temperatures!!!
4 ★I like it. I prefer this over mission control for the more in depth ride stats. I wish I could choose to upload to Strava with a button like mission control does though. ** appreciate your response but I'm saying I'd like a separate button so I can choose to upload individual rides. ** Any idea when we will get heart rate monitoring? And can target heart rate in smart control please let us shift up into turbo using + and then back to target heart rate using -.
3 ★You haven't listened to everything. Why is there still no option for amoled mode like there was in mission control? There is a large contingent of folk who don't enjoy staring at bright white screens. A simple addition wouldn't you say? Like may others who use a dark theme, android dark mode breaks the theme and makes amoled apps look grey. Why should we need to toggle dark mode just to use a handful of apps that refuse to include it. Why was the option in mission control if was that simple?
1 ★App stopped connecting to my Vado SL 4. Contacted Specialized directly via WhatsApp and was told I just need to wait for developers to resolve issue. Fortunately can still connect to the Specialized Mission Control app. In response to your suggestion, I have already tried deleting the Mission Control App but the bike still doesn't connect to the new app, so reinstalled as need an app that does connect. Have contacted Specialized via WhatsApp and told to wait for for a new release.
5 ★My Specialized Turbo Tero 3 is Amazing! I am very impressed with how well it rides and how it keeps me out exploring rail trails, single-track mtb paths, etc. Beautiful E-Bike.

1 ★I downloaded this new improved app and can not pair it with my bike... I've tried everything I know of... I've used the old app for years and lived it but can't seem to use this app all!
3 ★I like the app, but I'm not happy that it doesn't display a picture of my bike. It just says "coming soon". The response I get from customer service and the bike shop is that it's no big deal. We'll it a big deal to me!

5 ★Love that I ride without assist until I need assistance! Since this bike is 52+ lbs. vs. my other non-e-bike that is less than 30 lbs., I get more of a workout when not using any assistance!🚵♀️♥️
4 ★Does auto unlock now when the bike is connected,but does not have an option to auto record rides. Also can't seem to switch off the beeper. Button on the app does not do anything, so super annoying, if you could fix that I would be forever grateful.
