1 ★i was trying to refill but it kept loading and showed there is maintenence error for many times. i tried again the next morning,thankfully it works but keeps loading again on payment. application suppose to be convenience to use but it seems like the app doesnt work 24 hours? it waste time for keep loading. kindly improve!

1 ★Nothing but adverts. This app offers no functionality except ads for Dtac. Contrary to their online advice, you can't see billing, usage or package history. I can't think of any reason to keep it so I'm deleting it.
1 ★The app is all about advertising & promotion. Complete rubbish. What I want to know is my data usage, remaining, and balance over time. You can find some of the info if you care to search.
2 ★I'm prefer previously not updated. Coz I have 3 dtac number can check directly with only switch number by apps. Now I need standby all 3 dtac apps and number at 3 phone or if I have 1 phone, I need to change each dtac card when I want check it. I wish can back previous to make easy I use or improved apps for switch number without changing sim dtac
5 ★New-updated UI is really smooth, user-friendly, and modern. The in-app transition is smoother and more beautiful. I, a 7-year user of Dtac, love this latest update so much.
3 ★Useful for subscribing to new packages and seeing usage. But.. cannot cancel existing packages (they don't show.) Cannot contact help center easily if out of country.
3 ★the app improved a lot and is now mostly available in English which is super great for those not able to read thai ∆ on the dashboard it shows that you still have some MB of internet but further down it says you have more, so this means the dashboard is not updated and this marketing strategy to sell you always as much as you have money is annoying ∆
1 ★I'm disappointed of the non-net packages. I have 322 baht in my account but it won't allow me to avail the 299 package for a month. And another bad experience, everytime i have extra money in my account , dtac eats / used it up for nothing. Dtac takes it away from my account even if i didn't call or use my mobile hotspot. I hope dtac services will be better and be more honest and legit to customers. Very disappointing 🙃
4 ★A little bit confused ui, it could be more clean, but it allows to do many usefull operations on your sims. And sometimes it gives also some interesting coupon/discount.
3 ★it pretty good app to use. really love it so far. the only things that keep me confused is internet speed and internet boost. they sound the same to me. and i would like to get better description for future update because internet speed toping 1GB cost 150 baht for 30days and internet speed toping 4GB cost 99 baht for 15 days. so what the different here? more day but less GB? it doesn't make sense. to get 5/5. i need reply
5 ★Lol, there had been a misunderstanding for me bout this network refill which had been rectify by local BKK hotel staff thus my previous negative review which i would like to reverse it - 5stars for its value for money n performance as stipulated in its package except its app which can be further improve to support for direct coupon refill/reload besides tele-coding. Indeed the best currently in n around BKK, bravo 👍👍👍行 ！
