When Ticket Storm was first created, our primary goal was to provide inexpensive ticketing solutions for our customers to increase their ticket sales, and also to raise event awareness by offering an online presence to their events.
Even now, we still offer the same quality service and low costs to our customers by providing the lowest service fees in the market.
We believe that event ticketing service charges have gotten so high it actually deters customers from attending some events. Some other national ticketing services charge up to 50% of face value of tickets. With no other options to purchase tickets without heavy fees, potential customers are forced to decide if the event is worth the cost.
