We ran a research study in London to see if the app does what it's designed to do (lower anxiety). We tested the app on people living with anxiety including some of those where diagnosed with clinical general anxiety disorder. What did we find? 87% of participants said that the App helped them with their Anxiety and 77% of then said they would recommend the App to a friend or family member who has Anxiety.
