1 ★Terrible design, the actual app interface looks nothing like the pictures here. I've not actually used the content yet as the cluttered and overwhelming lack of design is quite jarring to the senses.
5 ★This program has been incredible for helping me calm chronic menstrual migraines. its also helping me heal from life long CFS, though this is a slow process. what keeps me motivated is that even if this is not a "cure" for me, it helps reduce my anxiety and my suffering every time I use the tools. And there is SO much support and possibility to connect with others, live daily meditations and exercises help me not feel so alone and keeps the variety high for my ADHD brain.
