L’e-mémo plaies chroniques vous offre une navigation extrêmement simple entre les différentes phases de suivi de chacune des plaies :
-évaluation et bilan de la plaie
-prise en charge adaptée
-suivi de l’évolution de la plaie
-prévention de la récidive
En quelques clics, vous accédez aux informations et aux recommandations indispensables à votre bonne pratique sous forme de :
-tableaux
-arbres décisionnels
-illustrations (ex : indications de posture)
-photos et schémas explicatifs (ex : mise e, place d’une contention, mesures à prendre pour éviter les escarres…)
