1 ★There are so many bugs I can't join to the kaching roulette it keeps on saying error. I can't join in a Gcash raffle. Once I'm in the "I'm not a robot" part and verified, the screen will just stack up and will not process my entry. Then I tried to report on their "feedback" option but I can't send it because it keeps on saying illegal mailbox.
2 ★great app easy to get money by reading articles or watching videos but it always has a problem when signing in my acc in coins.ph, I opened my acc but when I back on the app nothings happen, I tried many times to login my acc but nothings happen and no exact time to redeem cash. pls give one time to redeem cash for new users. So we can see if this app is paying real money. Hoping you can fix this.

1 ★Truly the app rewards you with kaching points and by midnight converts it to peso. But, other than that, there's nothing more to expect.There are already numerous complaints about the app not fixing their redemption process yet up to this time, the company behind this "money-making app" remains silent. Please do address the complaints and fix the issues as this app will soon be identified as a "SCAM". I do hope you take criticisms like this seriously for I continuously hope your company thrives.

And lastly, did you update the timeslot of your restocking time on SnippetMall? I can't redeem at all your restocking timeslots before: 9, 12, 3, 6 at all AMs and PMs. Or do you ever restock at all? Please fix this issues immediately. For years, I am using SnippetMedia and I barely miss the app before. It helped my studies and now, all my pesos are stuck, can't exchange
