Download Locket Widget APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.locket.Locket-v1.181.2-ApkClean.apk)

1 ★Like many reviews have mentioned, the differences in the app on iOS & Android is insane. We even lost features, previously I could at least comment on my friends lockets even though I couldn't see any sort of chat log, but now when I click on the 🗨 icon it just opens my contact list in a pop-up, while on iOS you can comment normally & see each others responses. We also are still unable to create different widgets for each friend. Mind you all the features are doable on android (I'm an app dev).
3 ★Theres a bunch of features that arent on Android yet, such as sending pictures to specific people only, plus the app takes ages to load. I'm really missing them - love the app, but it's just not the same without these features. I see it's updating though, and I'm excited to see this implemented as well! Will upgrade my rating when the feature is available.
3 ★I love this app and think that it's a great way to connect with friends and stay updated with each other. However, i am using an android, and it's really discouraging to see a lot of features missing that Apple users have. Such as the reply function on lockets my friends send. I would like this feature as well on android along with the other features unavailable. I'm sure it's not that easy, but I would love a unanimous experience, and that would definitely bump my ratings higher. Thank you.
2 ★The concept is great but the app is super gitchy and have a lot of bugs!! The most prominent one which i am hoping will get fixed from the last 2-3 updates is whenever you launch the app, the app shows camera zoomed in and no toggles. And the second would be whenever you click the photo there is almost always a black bar on the clicked photo. Also the app is not fluid and lags alot. Thanks :)
3 ★Noticed the regular updates and added the messaging feature 👍🏾. But this app still has long ways to go. There are still bugs I notice now and then, the UI needs a redesign, the app takes way too long to boot sometimes, sometimes photos won't upload.. It also helps this app a lot if they start using the native camera instead of screengrabbing.
3 ★I really love the app so far but I think more could be done for the Android version as seen with Apple. It's more advantageous on Apple than on Android, hope to see improvements in the new update! One more thing is that I hate it when I open locket and the auto brightness just increases all the way so each time I have to manually fix it. I've already switched off auto brightness on my phone so idk what else to do.
4 ★Hopefully the developer can improve the Android version, especially the messaging function (friends think that I'm not replying!) It's a nice touch being able to look into my friends' daily lives. It's a good app, and would deserve a solid 4 to 4.5 stars but I'm taking a star off because the Android version lacks quite abit of features. Edit: keeping my word to add one star since developer updated the app to enable replies on the app for Android devices.
1 ★i literally connect to wifi and i have also tried using my own data plan. It is impossible to click continue as it say my phone doesn't connect to internet. waste of time. (update ) I'm still experiencing the same situation. I haven't delete the app because i want what it offers. But it just don't want me to enter the app. STILL SUCH A WASTE OF TIME
2 ★I love this app but the android version is so frustrating. Not only is it lagging, but I can't reply to my friends either. I thought you guys updated it but there's still nothing for me, it only takes me to my default messages app to share the picture. IPhone users has so many advantages, including the ability to send video lockets and replies, so it's pretty unfair that we can't do that too, there's quite alot of us android users too yk :) I really hope yall fix this soon, thank you.
2 ★Cool app. I like sharing my moments with my friends via this widget. But there are so many bugs... I understand that the app is free and without ads, but I'd be happy to support the creator and to buy this application, if the quality was appropriate. Sorry, but for now Locket is too raw to use it. I'm not talking about "new feature" for android - "replays", which was implemented for ios a long time ego. And the thing that was added in this release is just shame.
3 ★Great app, very fun way to stay in touch with friends but if you got this app because you saw someone with an iPhone use it, don't be fooled into thinking it's got equivalent features. Love this app but my one scathing remark about it is why Android users still don't have the same features (like reply and video sends) as Apple users like 2013 and in general, get the same features at a MUCH slower rate. Bit of a p*ss off when people reply in words to ur pic and you can't reply to their pics to u.
4 ★The idea is great, but I'm having issues. Photos I take always have a black section in them. It's a different size every time. I have emailed the help desk and have recieved no answer. While I enjoy getting photos from friends, it sucks not being able to send anything back. Looks like the issue was fixed, I am able to send pictures without it being covered by a black bar. Stars updated to reflect.
