Il FETAL BRAIN TUTOR 4 US è un atlante dinamico e interattivo di ecografia cerebrale del feto riservato ai medici specialisti o specializzandi in ostetricia e ginecologia. Questa app è stata sviluppata per supportare gli ecografisti nel riconoscimento dell'aspetto normale delle diverse strutture anatomiche visualizzabili durante una ecografia dell'encefalo fetale nei tre piani dello spazio, assiale, coronale e sagittale. Il cervello fetale normale nel corso delle diverse epoche di gravidanza va incontro a modificazioni fisiologiche delle sue strutture cui non tutti gli operatori sono familiari e che devono essere ben conosciute per poter distinguere i quadri ecografici normali da quelli sospetti o patologici meritevoli di approfondimento. Con la tecnologia touch/ pinch gesture l'utilizzatore dell'app potrà scorrere tra le diverse immagini del cervello fetale nei vari piani e ottenere l'esatta denominazione di tutte le strutture visibili con il semplice tocco delle dita attivando una legenda dinamica. Nella prima fase l’app sara’ realizzata con i dati ecografici dell’encefalo fetale ottenuti nel II trimestre (tra 20 e 24 settimane), ma in una fase successiva si produrranno versioni con le immagini acquisiti nel III trimestre (tra 24 e 34 settimane)Latest updates
