Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★This has been the best for beginning and ending my twice daily meditations! I've practiced TM meditation for 20+ years and I absolutely love this app! The "breath intervals bells" sound so crisp and beautiful. The quality is by far the best I've found! They sound like they're being played in the same room! You can actually feel the vibration (like a mini gong bath)!!! Plus, the continuing encouragement is a really nice little bonus!
5 ★I've been using this app for a week and it's awesome! Simple, direct, beautiful, does what it's supposed to do. There's only a minor problem, which I think it's a bug in the Stages of Meditation menu, where the TotalTime only shows only an integer number (like 7.0 or 8.0 hours), not givingthe decimal part. It would be much appreciated if it could give a precisedecimal of my meditation hours! Nevertheless, the app is great and Irecommend it to everyone!!
2 ★The interface is clean and some features of tracking might be useful for some people. But what I wanted is it should dim the screen when the timer starts. It doesn't have options for volume of the bell, and my last session didn't even sing the bell. I don't know why. Uninstalled!
4 ★Fits my needs well. The best app I have found. I have been using it for a year now, after looking around for some time for a good timer app. It crashes and has glitches but that doesn't bother me. I like previous comment regarding possible changes but it does the job. Thank you! Its valuable :)
3 ★Quits unexpectedly after meditation. Despite this, it seems to be tracking my sessions. One thing I don't get is why the screen brightens when the session begins. Seems that dimming the screen would be more logical. I flip my tablet over to hide the brightness as I tend to meditate in the dark.
4 ★This is a great, simple, app. Exactly what I was looking for. My only issue is that the days counter doesn't work. Even if I practice every day it seems to be stuck on day one always. It would be even better if it saved the days to a calendar of some kind. Still as a basic timer it works well.
3 ★Does not work entirely. Interval bells work and stop working at random, causing to me more distracting than productive. The end gong also sometimes doesn't go off, so you don't know when you're done or not. When the screen is switched off, the bells and gong acts even more erratically. I've also used it on multiple phones and had this issue.
2 ★Very good and all you need, but as a beginner there's some harsh and aggressive focus on chains and streaks, like in a fitness app. It's pretty disheartening to fire up the app after forgetting to meditate for one day, and see a red message announcing your failure. Well there goes your motivation and inner calm, doesn't it? The rest of the app is wonderful, but I'll be returning to a standard clock timer to enjoy meditation at my own pace.
3 ★I really like the app. I have tried a lot of meditation counter apps but this is the best looking and the simplest. BUT, the bells don't work when the screen is off and the counter for the day's is stuck at 1day.
4 ★I'm currently reading the mind illuminated right now so this is awesome that you made and app that links up with that. My only issue is if you for some reason need to stop a meditation mid through and you hit the stop button, it doesn't count as a meditation and you'll have to re do it in order to get the mark on your streak. If I try for an hour meditation and think it's too much and want to stop 30 min in, I should still get credit... I still meditated. Maybe if you hit stop make it so it'll ask you "do you want to count this". Leave it up to the mediator themselves to see if they earned it or not.
5 ★I am grateful to the creator of this app. It has everything I need. I also would only like to point out that the bell behavior when the screen is off is quite erratic. I have turned off the phone's battery optimizer feature for this app specifically, but it didn't help. With love and gratitude, Miljan
3 ★Crashes everytime I close it, and it doesn't count the days properly if a session overlaps with midnight. The Vipassana recording sounds a bit too harsh for me. Otherwise pretty good: nice interface and all the features I need.
