2 ★I was looking for a book by book NKJV. Just to read verse by verse. This is the opposite of what I need. Genesis through Revelation. I'm still looking for that simplicity here.
5 ★I read the NIV bible downloaded within this app. It's fast and comfortable to read and study, on phone or computer.
4 ★This is a wonderful Bible app for Christians. It's clear & provides good bookmarking & reading history options. There's improvements to be made: 1. There's no prominent button to go straight to chapter/ verse listing page. Only a search button is time consuming. Having both is ideal. 2. When you press back it goes straight to exit rather than the chapter /verse listing. This forces people to keep using the search button which is time consuming. 3. Needs ebook type contrast/theme for the eyes.
5 ★I am a pastor and Olivetree's app has been my go-to for years. It's search options are simple and comprehensive and I have not found a more responsive interface. The program also allows you to copy a section of text that when pasted it comes into your document with decent formatting. I highly recommend this app. It can also function well as your basic reader the highlighter options are nice.
5 ★Amazing app, I have been using it for more than 4 years now and it works so well. The fact that I'm able to find relating passages easily enabling more and better understanding of scripture is so helpful. A couple of years ago I was able to split the screen into two, different portions of scripture but I can't anymore, I guess that's limit for the free version. But all in all wonderful app with several reading plans that help with one's walk with the Lord. Highly recommend 5 stars for me.
3 ★Nice App... Great App. 1. But it's difficult to copy a verse... Though it can be copied. I wished to touch the verse and select an option. 2. There is bookmark, it shows it's working, but I could not find where it got saved. It's not at saved pages, neither is it easy to understand how you safe pages. I have never succeeded in either of these.
5 ★I use it to read scripture from the Bible every day & love it. It is very handy to help one recall scripture in time of need! Also helps with Bible Study...
4 ★This bible App is one of the best I used in the sense that it is easy to shift from one passage (Book, Chapter or Verse) to another. The pages are clear for reading and the fonts are easy on the eye. I also use the Windows version. One criticism though, it is extremely irritating and cumbersome when one is looking for a verse in the single passage books to have to access first the chapter, (this is after all redundant) then the verses. Would appreciate if attention is given to this.
4 ★I like this edition very much, but I had a problem with getting back to 'normal reading' after accidentally going somewhere I didn't want to go into. There was a green bar at the top and bottom of the page and I just couldn't get out of that mode. I ended up in uninstalling, reinstalling but it reverted beck to the green bar at the top and bottom. So now I've uninstalled it again. Very frustrating indeed
5 ★So far I like it very much. There's not a lot of other stuff popping up while I'm trying to read the Word.
